The apartment is for 2, fully furnished (including all – washing machine, TV, microwave, fridge, even dishes etc.) and renovated, greatly located in the 5th district, 5th floor (out of 7) in a nice building which has an elevator, secured entrance, central heating etc. The apartment is located 150m from the Opera and 50m from the blue M3 Metro station - Arany Janos. It is very lighted, located near the main street Bajcsy Zsilinszky and facing the rear quite and pleasant side. For now, the roommate in the apartment is an easygoing Irish guy (student), which on September will be starting his 5th year in the apartment, 30 years old, called Ian. You will be able to go and see the apartment / call Ian to make sure you get along… The rent is 300 Euro per month ( includes the common and the gas for the heating)
